Christine shares how she launched Searcy Living Magazine without a publishing background and eventually reached a moment when the pressures of owning a business forced her to make a decision: keep trying to control everything herself or surrender it completely to God. That moment became a turning point not only for her business, but for her faith. Her work with the magazine eventually introduced her to the needs of children in foster care, leading Christine to become a foster parent and adoptive parent and ultimately helping inspire the Imagine and Believe Foundation. Today, the organization provides practical resources, encouragement, and support for non-relative foster and adoptive families across Arkansas. Christine also offers an important reminder: ministry isn't limited to pastors, missionaries, or people with a public platform. God has given His people gifts that can be used wherever He has placed them—from caring for children and serving a community to encouraging a stranger who desperately needs it. And she leaves us with a lesson she wishes she had learned much earlier: stop worrying so much about what other people think of you and focus instead on what God thinks.
